27th  Mar' 2012 Comrades are requested to go through the draft 'Report' & Draft 'Resolution' of SNEA(I) of C.O. Circle, made unanimously by circle body members for submission to the ensuing AIC (at Nanded) based on the proposals received from different comrades of SNEA(I) of BSNLCO & ERP Branch/ALTTC.

26th  Mar' 2012An emergency meeting of circle office bearers would be held on 26-3-2012 at BSB, 8th floor meeting room to discuss various issues related to AIC to be held at Nanded w.e.f 30-3-2012 to 1-4-2012.

19th  Mar' 2012Shortly a general body meeting will be convened in Sabha Ghar (Eastern Court) to discuss various issues related to next AIC to be held at NANDED from 29-03-2012 to 1-04-2012 for adoption of resolution to this effect. Comrades are requested in advance to keep their issues ready for discussion in the meeting.

Issues likely to be discussed in the meeting for placing before CHQ are :-

1. Setting of fixed time frame to bring an end to the stalemate situation arising out due to non-implementation of repatriation order of DoT in full by BSNL, concerning to ITS officers.

2. Restoration of AI LTC, medical allowances w/o vouchers etc.

3. Proposal of Govt. (DoT) to put 1 lakh BSNL employees on VRS. and reduction of retirement age to 58.

4. Introduction of post based time bound promotion and grant of 78.2% IDA as per 2nd IDA pay revision.

5. Expediting promotion from SDE to DE & DE to DGM cadre and equivalent cadres in other wings like Accounts/Civil/Electrical/Arch. etc.

6. Immediate completion of absorption process in all executives cadres in BSNL and early conduction of referendum.

7. Mise, if any.

09th  Mar' 2012 CS along with AGS(HQ) A. A. Khan met with GM (Trg) and discussed the issue of doing away the mandatory training system on time bound promotion due to EPP. It is understood that further inter-action would be required to convince the authority to this effect.

11th  Nov' 2011 Order issued for repatriation of 283 ITS Gr.A officers of BSNL to DOT including 38 HAG/SAG/JAG level officers of BSNL CO on 9.11.2011. We wish them all the very best and happiness and success in their new assignment. Details in CHQ website. More orders expected to be issued in next couple of days.

United Forum of BSNL Executive Associations, Central Headquarters, New Delhi  has given call for agitation programmed in protest against phase manner on Gr.A absorption issue as below :

A) Lunch /closing hours Demonstrations at Corporate/Circle/SSA Hqs on 15^th Nov.,11

B)   Full day Dharna on 22^nd Nov., 11 at  Corporate/Circle/SSA Hqs.

C)   Massive rallies at all National/State Capital Hqs, dates for which would be communicated in due course of time. 

19th  Oct' 2011 CS has addressed to Sr.GM(Adm) regarding arrangement of local officiating promotion in the STS Gr.A Cadre like other circle or to issue circular to other circles to stop same.

All Dy. Managers, Managers who are eligible for Time bound promotion from E2 to E3, E3 to E4 and all AGMs who are eligible for Time bound promotion from E4 to E5, are requested to  submit their request respectively to AGM (Pers.-II) and AGM (Pers.-I). ACR & VC already called for same.

6th  Oct' 2011 CS has addressed to Sr.GM (Adm) regarding poor canteen service.    <<Letter>> 

1st July 2011 CS has addressed to Sr. GM (Pers) requesting him to consider early issue of inter-circle transfer order in r/o Com. Rajesh Bhargava, DM (NWO-GSM) to UP(W) circle.

On the request of Comrades from BW Cell, CS has addressed to the CMD for considering their office shifting in CTO Compound or nearby area of BSNLCO.

On the request of SNEA(I), Corporate Office Unit - Sr. GM (Pers) has issued order of post facto approval to regularize functioning of a few Managers/Dy. Managers in the STS Gr.A post on look after arrangement.

5th June 2011 IMPORTANT NOTICE - JAC has decided to extend "Customer Delight Month" in June'2011 also.

2nd June 2011 CS discussed the issue of extended local officiating period of promotion in the Executive Grade (STS) in r/o Com. Ravindra Kumar and others. Sr. GM(Pers) replied that the issue would be discussed shortly with officers concerned of Pers.-I.

27th May 2011 CS has addressed to CVO for early release of Sh. Balwan Singh, Sh. D. S. Sharma and Sh. Ravinder Sehgal, Dy. Managers. For last few months, Association had been requesting Sr. GM (Personnel) for posting required number of DMs in O/o CVO and till date five nos. of DMs have been posted and joined in O/o CVO.  << copy of the letter>>

In Regulation Cell, a good no. of DMs & AGMs are posted. Association hopes our Com. Ravinder Sehgal, DM may be relieved soon, otherwise Association will meet Sr. GM (Regl) or ED(CA).

Pay fixation is done in respect of all the eligible JTOs  due to pay up-gradation. We congratulate them. In the line of AMs of erstwhile CSS cadre being given promotion as adhoc DMs, Association will now take the same issue for JTOs serving in Corporate Office.

30th May 2011 CS has addressed to Sr. GM (Pers.) once again in the form of reminder to regularize the extended local officiating period in the cadre of Executive Grade (STS).

25th Mar 2011 It is learnt that DPC for promotion from JTO to SDE(Telecom) is over. Order expected soon.

23rd Mar 2011 CS has addressed to Sr. GM (Pers) to further extend the local officiating promotion to the Managers/Dy. 11th Feb. 2011 CS and ACS Com. S. Tyagi met with Sr. GM (Pers) and handed him over a letter along with a request to consider  posting of substitute against the Reliever of Com. R. 10th Feb. 2011 CS & ACS Com. S. Tyagi met & discussed with Sr. GM (CMTS) for early release of Com. K. Ram Prasad, AGM. Association will meet Sr. GM(Pers) tomorrow and would request him to post Shri Amarjeet Singh, DE U.P.(West) circle on his joining in BSNLCO.

9th Feb. 2011 The executive body meeting of SNEA(I) BSNLCO held on 9.02.2011 as schedule and various issues were discussed. It is decided to convene a general body meeting shortly. 

8th Feb. 2011A meeting among all office bearers of SNEA(I), Corporate Office Circle Unit would be held at 3:30 P.M. in Office Canteen.

8th Feb. 2011 CS met with DGM (EF) and requested to consider positively the issue of pay fixation in respect of Com. D. P. Guha, AGM. DGM (EF) Sh. Kartikeyan Ji has agreed.

7th Feb. 2011 CS met with Sr. GM (Pers) on 28.01.2011 and requested to consider the left out 2nd time bound pay up-gradation cases of Com. Rajesh Bhargava, DMCME-II) and Com. Haridwar Prasad, DM (ERP). Sr. GM (pers) has asked concerned officers to look into the matter. << Copy of the Letter>>

CS has addressed to ED MTNL for providing STD facility to the left out RSTCs of the eligible executives as per order of BSNLCO dated 10.06.2010. << Copy of the Letter>>

Screening Committee is formed for considering 1st time bound pay up-gradation promotion in respect of all eligible JTOs working in BSNLCO. Association persuade a lot for last few weeks and following availability of ACRS & VCs, it is informed that DPC would be held shortly.

17th Feb. 2011 Following serving of T.U. Notice by SNEA(I) CHQ, BSNLHQ (PAT Section) has roll back its order dated 15.02.2011 on E1/E2 Scale issue and kept the said order in abeyance. << Order Copy>>

DPC held for 1st time bound promotion from E1A to E2A grade in respect of eligible JTOs. Promotion order likely to be issued soon.

CS has requested to make available the ACR folder in respect Rajesh Gautam, DM to Pers-II Section so that all the left out cases for promotion from E3 to E4 can be processed.
